The house has a very open floor plan and the 2 car garage has been converted into a conditioned air activity space, to meet practically any function for groups.
The house has been built with full handicapped access and extra wide doors. Even the master bathroom shower enables wheelchair access. All steps have been replaced with ramps for easy move in and out. The driveway is very long and can easily handle all of your parking needs, including a camper hookup.
The living room includes a big screen LCD HDTV with DVD and VHS, to enable groups to show movies or study material. Minimal amount of furniture placed inside, so that users can slide the furniture where it is needed for their group.
Wireless internet transmitted throughout the house to enable everyone to keep up with email from home. Extra Large dining room table available so that everyone can gather at the table at the same time.
The house is built on the side of a ridge and the deck about 30 feet above ground level which allows for an amazing view of the sunrise every morning and the valley between the ridge peaks. Listen to the Chattanooga choo choo pass by throughout the day in the background.
Current Rates: $150/night + applicable State and County taxes + $75 cleaning fee per stay. 2 day minimum stay required, 3 day stay required over holiday weekends and area special events.
